MindLight provides emotional training and trauma resolution services including:

Our services are designed to help clients resolve trauma, cultivate positive emotions, and create transformational change through evidence-based emotional training techniques.

MindLight at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:

6.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
(I)Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
(II)Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of your session fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that you will experience a positive and permanent shift in just one session. If you are not satisfied with your experience, contact us within 48 hours of your session at [email protected] and we will issue a refund.
8. Practitioner Levels and Services
MindLight offers practitioners at three levels:
(I)Student: 1 year of training, completing mentorship.
(II)Professional: 2+ years of training and experience.
(III)Expert: 7+ years of training and experience.
All practitioners are trained in trauma resolution, human potential development, and relationship dynamics through the MindLight Institute curriculum.
9. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
9.1 Not Medical Advice
MindLight services are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Our emotional training and trauma resolution techniques are complementary practices designed to support emotional well-being.
9.2 Practitioner Role
MindLight practitioners are emotional training specialists, not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals unless otherwise specified. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health provider or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
9.3 Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions. MindLight practitioners provide guidance and support, but you make the final decisions about your healing journey.
10. Payment Terms
10.1 Fees
Session fees vary based on practitioner level and service type. All fees are displayed at the time of booking.
10.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
10.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our satisfaction guarantee (Section 7). Course and training enrollments may have separate refund policies outlined at the time of purchase.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on themindlight.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, courses, and materials, is the intellectual property of MindLight and protected by copyright laws.
